Hi, Kaley. The surgery just called to say Rose missed her appointment this morning.

I'm so sorry. I didn't know she had an appointment today. Let me check the calendar.

It's showing on there now, but I swear it wasn't there when I checked last night. I always check the calendar before I go to bed.

That's strange. Maybe it didn't sync properly. Can you call them and rebook it?

Of course. I'm really sorry. I'll call them now.

Don't worry. Could you check the calendar in the mornings as well from now on? Just in case anything gets added overnight.
